Contact SalesThe RouteSavvy API and RouteSavvy API PLUS are RESTful HTTP services that return JSON, which means they integrate with virtually any modern programming environment — Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, PHP, Go, or Ruby. Most customers have a working proof-of-concept running in under a day using our published code samples and documentation. If you're migrating from the retired Bing Maps Multi-Itinerary Optimization (MIO) API, the RouteSavvy API PLUS is a deliberate replacement: same input pattern (a list of stops with optional time windows and vehicle constraints), same kind of output (an optimized stop sequence with route geometry and ETAs), and a roughly equivalent feature set with stronger time-window handling.
Pricing is transparent and starts at $999 per year for the standard RouteSavvy API and scales by call volume from there. The RouteSavvy API PLUS tier — which adds time windows, multi-vehicle optimization, and routes of up to 1,000 stops per request — is appropriate for enterprise-grade route optimization workloads where the standard tier's stop count or feature set isn't sufficient. We do not oversell. If your use case is better served by the standard tier, we'll tell you so up front.
Technical support is provided directly by the OnTerra Systems team — the same people who build the API. There's no offshore tier-one queue. Customers report that escalations to engineering happen the same business day in most cases. For organizations that need help with their first integration, OnTerra also offers fixed-price integration packages and hourly consulting through our Services team.
